What is the maximum capacity of Harmony Gardens?
200 for seated events including Ceremony and Reception
What settings does your venue provide?
Outdoor, covered by tents and large pavilions. There is a rose garden, an arbor garden, and a fountain garden that are suitable ceremony locations. There is also a pavilion covered dining area.
Do you have onsite catering?
Yes (Harmony n Love Catering), but we also allow outside catering.
Do you have a liquor license?
No, but you may bring in your own alcohol.
Do you have to make an appointment to view the Gardens?
Yes. Due to the nature of our business, we require appointments.
Do you offer an on-site wedding consultant?
Yes

Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
Harmony Gardens is a 5 acre wedding garden set on a 35 acre ranch. We offer a unique garden atmosphere with a variety of beautiful picture locations, a pond, a fountain, rose garden, jasmine covered arbor, towering oak trees, and 20' x 40' marble dance floor.
How does Harmony Gardens determine the cost of the space?
We design a contract based on the needs of each bride and the accommodations requested for each event. That way we do not charge for services that are not needed or requested.
Do you offer any special services?
We offer wedding planning in addition to hosting the event.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, chairs, and some pavilions and tents are included. We have additional tents, table linens, chair covers, photo booth, centerpieces, décor, and a variety of other items for rent.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No, we have a list of vendors that we can recommend, but brides are free to choose their own vendors. We do not allow outside rentals, unless approved beforehand, since we have most items in house.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have a bride's and groom's room that we offer for pre-wedding preparations.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
Since our venue is a garden, we ask that brides seek an alternative to using birdseed and use real flower petals rather than silk.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
No. Each wedding has our full attention, so that we can provide the best level of service to each bride and groom for their special day.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We can design a package to fit your specific needs and can accommodate rehearsal dinners. |
